Do You Play Badminton

About The Project

doyouplaybadminton.com is the question. This site is the answer.

Someone asks if you play. You send them a card: your name, area, level, Instagram, optional Playo and other court-app links, a calendar of upcoming games, and a QR code that opens the same card. The details live in the link. Nothing about the card is saved.

Timing Smash is the arcade layer. Tap when the shuttle hits the sweet spot. Practice is free; ranked needs a Google sign-in and feeds a weekly leaderboard.

The rest is for players in Bengaluru. A short list of apps, groups, and courts by area, and a way to hear when a court has a discount.

Why

I bought the domain because the name is the whole idea. A card you can post or pass around answers “do you play badminton?” Bengaluru is where I play, so the places and the discount list stay local. Timing Smash came next — a quick way to stay on the site after the card.

Features

  • Player card: Name, area, level, Instagram, QR, and optional connectors (Playo, Calendar, Hudle, Game Theory, KheloMore). Share the link or download the image.
  • Timing Smash — Practice: No account. Shorter runs, gentler flights, so you can warm up.
  • Timing Smash — Ranked: Sign in with Google, play a scored run, and land on the weekly leaderboard (best run and average).
  • Bengaluru guide: Apps, groups, and courts by area.
  • Discount alerts: Email signup when a court has a deal.
